Where is my package? 

Our natural products are handcrafted and made-to-order, so please allow 4-7 business days for processing.

After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped. There may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders. Postal service problems are out of our control.

Please refer to the tracking number provided on the shipping confirmation email. In the event that your order is lost or missing in the mail, follow up with the postal service and file a claim with them before reaching out to us.

Are PerCal Naturals products guaranteed to work on my skin condition? 

Our products are not guaranteed to work on everyone's conditions. Our products are not FDA approved. We are not able to give medical advice on your condition. Please consult your doctor for your medical concerns. 


Does PerCal Naturals products contain preservatives? 

Our products are 100% natural and handcrafted with real, natural ingredients. There are no chemical nor commercial preservatives added. 


What is the shelf life of PerCal Naturals products? 

Because our products are natural and no preservatives are added, they have shorter shelf life, depending on the product. Our Rosewater Mist Toner has a shelf life of 6 months, while our oils have a shelf life of 1 year.
